Windows Task Manager shows dleecoms running and hogging 50% of the cpu time.Īll printer software and drivers are up to date. This last time that I rebooted everything the printer printed 9/10ths of a page of the document (there was nothing in the print job queue!) and stopped. I'm running Kaspersky anti-virus and have given dleecoms.exe and dleewbgw.exe trusted app status. Oddly enough, I can run Dell Printer Home and run a scan or print a test page from the Win 7 box. Plug the printer power cord back into the AC outlet or surge protector. Unplug the printer power cable from the AC outlet or surge protector and wait at least 30 seconds. I've stopped the print spooler, deleted everything in the PRINTERS directory and restarted the spooler. When connected by a USB cable, reseat both ends of the cable going from the computer to the printer. I try cancelling the print job but it wont cancel. The second document is shown as waiting to print. Usually, there is a printer progress bar at the lower right of the screen but that no longer shows up. When I start computer and printer, I can usually print only one document. System shows that a print job is printing but nothing happens. I've powered off everything and unplugged it for 30 seconds and restarted in order to reset the hardware. I've powered off both printer and computer (Optiplex 380, Win 7 Pro), ISP cable modem and wireless router. I have been through every trouble shooting attempt I can find. I tried to print a 43 page document and it printed about 15 pages and quit.
